So, I've been consitantly getting this error on my Wiki pages…

A database language string failed to be properly created; this is likely a software bug.

Is this a bug, or something wrong with my setup?

Can you add &keep_fatalistic=1 to the URL and get a stack trace for us?

This seems to be a case of the page text language string getting corrupted.

Please try running the "Language strings that were orphaned (unused)" cleanup tool. That should fix it.

I have also found the cause which is a v10 bug if content-translation is enabled. A fix will be out in the next patch release, or get the latest sources/wiki.php from github.

For the most part, this is resolved. Sometimes it still creeps up though.

Ok let me know if it persists for any page, and the URL of such. The cleanup tool should have fully fixed it, but it sounds like somehow something may have been missed and it's auto-fixing it as it comes up.

Actually I'm running more tests…

Ok, actually you couldn't have run that cleanup tool as it hides itself on most sites. I've basically run it for you and confirmed the issue is resolved. Once the new release is out this issue shouldn't happen to people, as it was quite specific to Wiki+.
