Would it be better to rename "Add to a download category" to "Add a download"?
As the word "category" above easily mixes up with "Add a download category".

I was all set to say that this exists for a reason, but no, you're right. I've just removed it for v11.

The reason is that this icon adds specifically to the category just worked with, while the normal one adds without any pre-set category. But there's no reason we need a different icon/label for that, we can just pass through a pre-set with the normal icon/label.
