Summary	66: Better side_calendar block - navigation, show actual even titles on month view
Description	List event titles on mouseover (rather than the less helpful "There are (1) events on this day and at least one event is medium priority" Add back/forward links to other month views (open the full calendar when they're clicked)
Additional Information	For reference, this wasn't done because side_calendar draws off the code used by the yearly view – which had to be made efficient. There is no reason we can't implement this suggestion, it just means splitting the code.
