Summary	6197: Health check taking 45+ minutes
Description	The health check on composr.app is taking a very long time and generating many query profile logs. The scheduler hook also locks out.
Additional Information	I am not sure of any specific errors because the health_check log seems to indicate every selected health check is being run / the health check process eventually does finish and close out. So I don't know why the scheduler hook remains locked out.
