Summary	6193: Popup tool tips cover menu/sub-menu items
Description	When hovering over a menu item, the tool tip popups cover the sub-menu and make it unreadable. https://composr.app/forum/topicview/browse/deployment/tool-tip-popups.htm An option to turn off tool tips when hovering over a menu, an option to have the tool tip disappear after a few seconds, or relocate the tool tip away from the menu.
Additional Information	Having an option to disable or time tool tip will make it easier to menu items and still allow those who depend on screen readers and navigation assistance to continue to use those.
