Summary	6161: Character PHP file missing get_value() function
Description	I noticed upon checking the error log that every 6 seconds it would ping the same error over and over again: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function get_value() in /sources/character_sets.php:83 I went into Filezilla and through FTP opened and viewed the character_sets file and there was no get_value defined. The file also said to not directly edit that file, but to upload to the custom folder.
Steps To Reproduce	Unsure. Checked the error logs and found the compounding error
Additional Information	PHP: 8.2.27 COMPOSR: 10.0.50.
