Summary5760: Double-check tickets posting of files / attachments
DescriptionIf the tickets module receives data from elsewhere, such as the decision tree, then it appears there is no handling for files / attachments by form to email.

Confirm if this is true, and if so, it needs to be fixed so files / attachments get posted. Also make sure the message body lists a map of fields to their attachment names since there is no other way of telling which attachments belonged to which fields.
