Summary	5551: Reenable testTableDescriptionsDefined test
Description	Reenable the testTableDescriptionsDefined test, but with a list of exceptions for tables we don't want to document. Lots of important tables may not be documented due to this being commented out for a long time.

PDStig 2024-01-23 23:38 administrator ~8232	Something similar was already just implemented in v11 by me. I have the unit test now checking for any tables which are defined in privacy hooks. If they are defined in a privacy hook, they are required to have a description. If they don't, it fails the unit test. It has been implemented and the relevant missing descriptions were added in.
