| Description | Make the carousel and hero display an option to hide or display when the site is in "Closed" action.

| Steps to reproduce | When you close the site the carousel and hero sections still display the original content and you have to scroll to the bottom to see the site is "Closed" so the original wording from the install is displayed and the designer has to quickly adjust the wording. |

This patch will add a third radio button for the Site closed option allowing you to close the site and also hide the hero slider.
Also, by default closing the site automatically (e.g. upgrades) will also hide the hero slider. And the Commandr command now supports the ch option for closing the site and hiding the hero slider. The Setup Wizard option on step 9 will NOT hide the hero slider because it is assumed a new site might want the hero slider up to showcase a countdown or "Coming soon" thing.
