Description Upgrade phpBB adapter for phpBB 3.3
Steps to reproduce

Additional information Compatibility:

a) Will no longer work with phpBB <3.3
b) No longer supporting deprecated phpBB fully-modded
c) Adds support for argon2id, which is what phpBB uses
d) requires PHP >= 7.3 to use the phpBB driver due to argon2id
