| Description | The inbox notifier, and similar blocks, update for new private topics, but the caching is not updated for replies to existing topics. This has been an issue since v10 was launched, but probably not noticed as most rely on e-mail notifications rather than in-software notifications, and sometimes the block cache is flushed by other things so the in-software notifications eventually would show. |
