Description	If a spam bot submits a poster name longer than the allowed maximum, it will result in a query error. Truncate given values to 80 characters.

This is a very rare issue, so detecting this as a spam signal is not likely to benefit much. As a general rule we don't want any crashes whatsoever, so I'd rather let very rare spam through than have it crashing out.
