| Description | The key-val format for lists allows you to display a different label for input than what is actually stored and displayed on the site. This was designed for easy input of things like currencies, country names, states, etc - with display then showing the abbreviated value, or perhaps going through some kind of special processing at the display layer.
However, some users may want it to control both what is inputted and displayed on the site, perhaps because they are using the key value under-the-hood somehow but never displayed. Support this via a new display_val=on field option. |
