Description If you disable the option (Admin Zone > Setup > Configuration > Feature options > Comcode), then loading the add news form shows various issues.

Make sure it works right, including clicking the image button, choosing to add a media attachment, uploading the media attachment from the Comcode helper form, and seeing the image appear.
