Description	I can't see any "->functions" reference in the code, and on cms:cms_galleries:add_category the codename isn't autopopulating from the title, as it should via galleries.js:moduleCmsGalleriesCat.

This may be a separate issue, I'm not sure - but there's no validation on this form that the Parent field is filled in.
