Description	AJAX is firing correctly, but the tree list is not rendering. Permission Tree Editor is broken too, likely for same reason. See screenshot. Ask if it's not clear.

Sorry for this, it was because of a discrepancy caused by hyphenizing the element IDs.

I had to make an exception to the "mirror the name attribute" rule.

It's okay, bugs happen, certainly I had to just fix a lot of mine in the v11 branch too.
