Summary	2922: Chat rooms sometimes stop polling for new messages
Description	Randomly every now and then, chat rooms will stop polling for new messages. Users will be unaware when it does this. But upon a page refresh, it'll work again. This happens randomly but still too frequently to be safe (about once every 15-30 minutes).
Additional Information	Tested on Chrome and Microsoft Edge, Windows 10.
