Summary	2348: Better template editor tab management
Description	This relates to the new editor implemented in 1753. 1) Ability to drag tabs to re-order them. 2) Ability to right-click on a tab and select any of: a) Save tab b) Save all tabs c) Close tab d) Close all tabs e) Close other tabs f) Close tabs to the right 3) When closing am edited tab, it currently asks if you are okay with losing changes. Instead make it a "Save and close, Close, Cancel" choice.
