Summary	2076: Horizontal swiping on mobile mode
Description	Detect left/right swipe gestures, and use them to activate the rel=previous/next meta links. Implement such links for all content types. If pagination is on, it paginates. If pagination is not on, it goes to "previous/next in set", e.g. next news article.
