Summary | 1892: Welcome Emails show html codes rather than formatted
Description | Hi, On vwgolfmk1.org.uk I have just noticed that the two welcome emails that we send out one hour and 24 hours after a member joins are not formatting and instead show the html markups. For example: <html dir="ltr"><head><title>Mk1 Golf Owners Club - Have you joined a region ?</title></head><body> <a href="The Mk1 Golf Owners Club"><img src="http://vwgolfmk1.org.uk/themes/default/images_custom/NewSiteBanner_2012_v2.jpg" alt="Mk1 Golf Owners Club"></a> Dear xxxxxxxxxx, Hi, You're receiving this newsletter because you subscribed at some point. Not interested anymore? Members - The Mk1 Golf Owners Club. </body></html> I can past this into a html file and open it and a browser renders in properly, so I think that there must be some wrapping around it that the email client cannot render. Appreciate if some one could take a look. Cheers Ade

It was not supporting HTML NEWSLETTER_DEFAULT_FCOMCODE templates (welcome mails use that too, but newsletters are supposed to allow it to be in either HTML or Comcode format). I have fixed that. You may want to remove the salutation and footer from your welcome mails, given the template also includes this. |

Oh. and if you want to test, I left some test code in your data_custom/execute_temp.php, just change the email from mine to yours, and it will send all welcome emails to you for you to preview. |
