Summary1602: Tricky to reassign Comcode permissions
DescriptionIf you want to raise the Comcode permissions for a field, you might edit the owner of the entry the field is for (to an owner with wider Comcode permissions). However, at this point the ownership has also been copied into the Composr translate table.

This hotfix will make it so that edits for more things cause an update of Comcode ownership back through to the translate table.

(This does not change the fact that in v9 there is nothing in the UI to change entry ownership in most cases -- this is coming to v10. For now, you need to edit database records, e.g. the seedy_pages.submitter field in the case of a Wiki+ page).

Fixed in git commit ed63337 (https://github.com/chrisgraham/Composr/commit/ed63337 - link will become active once code pushed)

A hotfix (a TAR of files to upload) have been uploaded to this issue. These files are made to the latest intra-version state (i.e. may roll in earlier fixes too if made to the same files) - so only upload files newer than what you have already. Always take backups of files you are replacing or keep a copy of the manual installer for your version, and only apply fixes you need. These hotfixes are not necessarily reliable or well supported. Not sure how to extract TAR files to your Windows computer? Try 7-zip (http://www.7-zip.org/).
