Summary1426: Support uploading directly to Google Cloud Storage (GAE)
DescriptionComposr on Google App Engine would be limited to 32MB, unless we customise our upload system (plupload) to be able to target direct to Google Cloud Storage.

This has not been done initially because it is complex and not needed for most users. However, some users will want it so may wish to sponsor this feature.
Additional InformationThere is a separate 10MB limit of us transferring files in an outgoing request. This poses a problem for transcoding/syndication services that cannot draw their files from URLs. For example, Vimeo cannot do it via URL, unless you have a business agreement with them (i.e. $$$). Zencoder should be fine though.
