Summary | 1149: Character set encoding problems
Description | If a web server is serving Javascript files as non-utf-8 (very unusual), there my be some minor display problems. Additionally, after a code review, we've found there are a few other very minor problems that could come up in various non-bundled addons, and minor code areas, if PHP code is loaded as utf-8, or if a utf-8 character set is in place. Most users will only want the files in the hotfix under "data/" and not any of the other files (because most of the others are for non-bundled addons).

Fixed in git commit admin (https://github.com/chrisgraham/Composr/commit/admin - link will become active once code pushed) A hotfix (a TAR of files to upload) have been uploaded to this issue. These files are made to the latest intra-version state (i.e. may roll in earlier fixes too if made to the same files) - so only upload files newer than what you have already. Always take backups of files you are replacing or keep a copy of the manual installer for your version, and only apply fixes you need. These hotfixes are not necessarily reliable or well supported. Not sure how to extract TAR files to your Windows computer? Try 7-zip (http://www.7-zip.org/). |
