Increase forum post edit time to 24 hours on composr.app

Additionally, I want your opinion on when (and if) we should rename Composr CMS. I've been thinking about this because the name is not very marketable. And we are in a strong need to attract more people (especially developers) to the project. Please let me know your thoughts on this topic and poll; this is not an official measure:

Rename Composr CMS before v11 stable?
