The tracker has been upgraded
I just upgraded the Composr feature/bug tracker (My View - Composr CMS feature tracker) to the latest stable version of mantisbt. It's gone from a heavily patched/forked version 1.2 to a forked version 2.18 - that's an 8 year jump, and the look & feel is so much nicer now.
I've been putting that off for forever!

Looks a lot nicer, and cleaner for sure!
Did you modify the software to access Composr's member DB or does it come with that sort of integration out of the box?

There are quite a few modifications.
The tracker directory is in git, you could do a diff comparison if you're interested.
All the code needed to be reworked due to the amount of changes that have since happened in mantisbt, but it's a cleaner fork than it was before.

Hi Chris
I noticed the upgrade to the ‘tracker’ page. I like the new look.
A couple of things that I find a bit annoying. 1) The use of two pages to actually login. One page for the user name and then another for the password.
Second, I was unable to fine the ‘logout’ command. I’m very conscious about logging out of a site.

The tracker has always used your Composr account. Logging out of Composr logs you out of the tracker. An icon which links back to the Compo.sr website has just been added to the new version.
EDIT: Actually logging into the Tracker did not equate to me being logged into Composr, so perhaps Compsr shares an established session with the Tracker but not the other way. Logging out of Composr did not immediately log me out of the Tracker, though maybe this is because the Tracker keeps the session alive for a longer amount of time.

Correct. It reads the Composr session, then creates its own. It's not the same session under the hood.
This looks very nice and clean, and very responsive.
