Trying to figure out how to add a rotating banner spot on the right side. Same type we have at the top.

Appears I have 2 banner choices.

1. is the top sites style - not what I need
2. banner waive. This one will display a single banner but would not rotate same banner size. Just displays a single banner all the time.

How do I add a rotating banner block?
