I was updating my profile and noticed that for the signature option there are two editor menus available (see screen capture).  Is it supposed to do that?

I'm not familiar with how to check the browser error console.  I'm assuming it's via Tools->Developer Tools (for Chrome) and if so, this is what I was able to see:
