Make sure not talking about low prices anymore

Reduce agency hourly rate to £40/hr for all skill levels, to match support prices
But in return we will always estimate hours to more realistic levels; more dev hours, esp more project management hours
New big red warning for budget tickets
saying that all tasks will be on the back-burner, with no guaranteed response times
if a deployment breaks your website, response times still aren't prioritised; not recommended for live deployed code
Rename budget tickets to back-burner tickets
Rename normal tickets to regular tickets
Big red warning if user not logged in, recommend to login to have organised replies

On commercial support page talk about upgrades, can message ocProducts to do the upgrade
Also, on our standard release news
Also explain that feature sponsorship etc will put you on a different version track if you choose it right away, so makes upgrades more expensive

DOCUMENT THIS IN STAFF GUIDE - Do answer n00b questions on the forum, but if it's not a bug/usability-problem only do it using keep_su under a false username, so people won't see you as someone who can/will solve all their problems for them, someone who must work towards a resolution, or set a precedent or a sense of unfairness.

Make sure front page mentions: multi-channel delivery, cloud-compatible, enterprise/web-dav, local media, mobile
Use the phrases "Building blocks" and "Web properties" and "Leveraged successfully by bluechip companies, government agencies, and small startups."

Update old 'Brand Book'; make sure "Web properties" is in it

Contribute page
Make sure incentivisations are there (e.g. getting into partner directory for free); people have a stake in Composr's success
Add 'outreach', answering people's general CMS questions (stackoverflow, twitter, etc) in terms of Composr
