| Description | There are a number of display problems with attachments:
1) There is an add button on the add ticket screen, that takes you to add a new ticket, which is confusing. That should be removed. 2) There's quite a lot of noise on the posting screen, text that is not particularly relevant. That should only show in appropriate contexts. 3) The styles are a bit wonky, things don't line up well. The posting buttons are too small, and the ticket type field isn't well integrated. 4) There's a bug that attachement permissions don't flow through when the ticket options for individual forums for member/category are turned on. 5) Attachment of small image files gets a blown up thumbnail, which isn't ideal. This isn't specific to attachments. 6) The overlay form when adding an attachment has a scrollbar. Tighten up the text to make the button show on the screen without scrolling. 7) Tooltips on the ticket screen don't align quite right, due to the iframe in use. 8) An anomalous tooltip (relating to opening in a new window) shows when hovering an embedded attachment, which '7' makes more noticeable. 9) It is better the box for posting a support ticket reply be entitled 'Reply' rather than 'Make post'. |
