Description Integrate strophe.js instead of what we do now (xmpp4js):

Try and allow the whole IM system to work over it (currently only chat rooms can, IM is disabled). Do this via creating a translation layer over to our a JS message handling API (abstract this out in our main chat code, instead of handling everything in the processing loop).
