| Description | Certain field 'hooks' allow multiple actual kinds of field. One example is the 'content link' hook, which defines a separate field type for linking to each kind of content in Composr.
This was new to v8, but unfortunately the selection of the content type did not save correctly. To resolve this apply this hotfix, then edit the catalogue to reselect the correct field type you wanted (you'll see it is showing as 'A brief line of text' but that is only because it can't get a match - until you save this form with the right selection of field type, you'll still get catalogue errors). |
