Description This is a bug in web_resources.php not properly checking cases where the forum driver has not been loaded up yet before compiling CSS / JS.

It was supposed to be fixed in beta8, but apparently was not.
Steps to reproduce

Additional information If you get the error after install, refresh and it should go away. This will be fixed in beta9.
