| Description | Add a config option that allows site administrators to easily toggle between using the term "rules" and using the term "Terms of Service". That way, sites can use the rules config as their Terms of Service (more professional and legal to use the term "Terms of Service").
And also add a Terms of Service option in the Setup Wizard rules selection which, if selected, will also automatically toggle this option on. |

and I updated the corporate rules template in the Setup Wizard to use a Terms of Service template (which also sets this new value to 1 and changes the language of rules to Terms of Service site-wide).
