| Description | This issue adds a tool which allows admins to send an e-mail to any recipient using any available mail template in the system. Additionally, this can create a guest support ticket in the process. This tool is most useful when using support ticket e-mail integration. Note that the included patch also modifies admin_newsletter; a new form field was added for choosing a mail template. |
