Description	Fresh install and working on site pages and content. I created a new zone and then went to view it and somehow lost pages in the menu which I have not touched or did anything to change it. The zone and "pages" options are now nowhere to be found in the menu. They do show in the control panel and I can edit the zone.
Steps to reproduce
Related to	#5768 - After upgrading alpha2 to alpha3 I lost "pages" on the front and can't load the control panel.

No errors or such were given all went normal except now missing "Pages" and the zone doesn't show in the main menu (Home Page)

I need more info as I cannot reproduce this currently; all works fine on a full install on my end. Did you run the Setup Wizard? Did you remove any of the default addons? Are you using a URL scheme? Did you change any sitemap settings from their defaults?

For reasons unknown and I think it's my host-related issue.... "Pages" took forever to show up like the cache didn't clear properly and later "Pages" showed up. Not sure as I didn't see any errors just magically it appeared in the menu. No I did nothing out of the normal during setup. I took default for initial run under the setup wizard.
