Description A user's cursor might cover / block part of a tooltip, especially under these circumstances:

* The tooltip moves with the cursor
* The user has scaled their cursor to be larger than normal (e.g. for visual impairments)
Steps to reproduce

1. Increase the size of the cursor

2. Use an abbr tag to generate a tooltip which moves with the cursor
