| Description | Currently, the private topics screen is not very visually distinct from public topics. This may result in confusion where someone thinks they're on a public topic but are actually in a private one, or vice versa. We need a better visual distinction between the two.
Possible ideas: * Private topic posts use a different background colour, though this might not be ideal as colours should revolve around the seed as much as possible. * Private topic posts use a "speech bubble" design instead of the standard blocky design, similar to a chat app. This would require the most work but would have the best outcome. * Private topic posts have a border with a specific colour to indicate they are private (but this is not ideal because the use of borders is a setting). * Private topic posts have a "private" indication where "important" and "whisper" would normally go. This may conflict with "important" which is used by the warnings addon. Currently, I'm leaning towards a partial implementation of a different background colour; the avatar / left pane would have a different colour (probably yellow) while the rest of the post would keep the current partially seeded colour. And it would have some sort of indication it is a private post (since seed colours could also be yellow). |

I like the idea of taking off whisper from private topics. But don't see a need to change "important" or add anything else.
You could change the label on the post reply button(s) to something like "private reply". And use different icon(s) on the button.
This hotfix highlights private topic posts in a slightly seeded amber.
