| Description | When a member is in a usergroup with session confirmation enabled, when they try logging in from a new IP and get the error / email requiring them to confirm their login attempt, this gets logged as a failed login attempt. It should not log as a failed login attempt. |

| Additional information | ...however, we may want a scheduled task to run which converts unverified IP sessions (aka. unclicked links) into failed login logs. And if someone with a pending verification tries logging in again from the same IP before verifying their login, that also counts as a failed login. |

But if they are pending validation of their IP and get the error again, it will be a failed login attempt from that point forward.
