Description	When using Cloudflare Warp (DNS server 1.1.1.1), Composr v11 responds with 500 internal server error. At this time, I have not been able to trace an exact error in any server nor Composr logs.

Actually, this may not be a Cloudflare Warp issue. This may be related to #5037 . Awaiting an additional test to confirm this.

I doubt a DNS server change makes any difference. Can be reopened if I'm wrong.

Further investigation: It's probably not Cloudflare causing it, but there is an error triggered when using Cloudflare Warp:

Call to undefined function _inet_pton() (global.php line 974).

Will investigate / try to fix.
