| Description | Gift points were meant to be a way for members to award each other with points without costing their own points. But with the current system, if a member runs out of gift points (when enabled), they can no longer give points to other members.
Add the option to allow members to exchange regular points for more gift points (via. the store) if they run out. This would be a configurable product in the store. |

E.g.
Bob has 100 points and 10 gift points and wants to give 20 points to Sue. Bob now has 0 gift points and 90 points.
I think I prefer this, it's simpler for the user and less UI overhead and code.
