Description	Don't redirect to the most current moniker's URL for a resource if it came from that URL. This situation is possible if using the redirects editor to redirect the current URL of a resource to an old URL for it.

Actually this issue doesn't exist as described because a moniker will already simulate the target page and then bypass further checking of redirects. I've just made a cleanup patch to improve monikers further. What I was reporting is probably an issue on older code (always maintaining sites on wildly different versions).
