Description I see this in the code:
load_csp(array('csp_enabled' => '0')); // TODO: Change once CSP implemented properly

I suspect when you merged my changed Salman you did implement it properly? Or is that still pending?
Or is it non-implementable?

Seems something somewhere is wrong at least.
