| Description | If you upload a file as a part of a content submission, and that submission never goes through for some reason (all kinds of error conditions could happen) - then delete the file from uploads/ while exiting. |

| Additional information | It's not a serious problem, and we can cleanup orphaned files, but some better housekeeping would be good. |
