| Description | Allow DNS entries, and multiple values, in the backdoor_ip setting.
DNS queries may be better due to dyndns, while users often aren't truly on static IPs, or may want a working backdoor as they move locations. As for security improvement: this is debatable as there are such things as DNS-poisoning attacks. For DNS queries to work it would need to have a keep_check_backdoor_ip_dns=1 setting in the URL (for performance). |
