Description	Drop it (old descrip follows...) Composr can integrate with Clickatell to send SMS's, but it doesn't currently track validity of phone numbers, and it should really to save costs. So we need to implement the 'callback' and store data in a logging table.

I think honestly SMS is dead so we probably should just remove this. Everyone has smartphones with email now, and quality notifications nowadays are push notifications, not SMS.

Maybe actually it should stay, given that push notifications on phones actually required specific apps installed - while SMSs work for everyone.

We'll leave it here due to #2578. Just it will be clearly marked unsupported unless someone sponsors (could be another API we use if that happens too). There is value in here and a good reason it has tight integration with our core code.
