| Description | The text of the errors is included under "additional information". I'm not sure of the steps to reproduce them, but it has happened to myself and another staff member so far. I'm putting them together as they have both occurred while composing a page or forum post, so am assuming they are issues with the editor. |

It's just supposed to indicate two error events.
E.g. Google Chrome 60 on Windows 10.
Also, if you open your web browser developer tools, specifically the developer console, you can hopefully find a stack trace for the error. You may need to expand the error message. This will tell us where the error is coming from more specifically.
