Description	I cannot find a way (not saying there isn't one) to view attachments (as in a browsable page of user uploaded files). Perhaps allowing the browsing of these files via adding the directory to the filedump (which supports embed codes) would be a good way to allow these files to be browsed. Just a suggestion.

v11 will feature the ability to do an inline upload to the file/media library, bypassing attachments. There is an attachment manager feature, but it's been progressively deemphasised as the file/media library has been improved and serves the case of someone wanting to do proper file management, with attachments increasingly reserved as a 'throw away' kind of approach. Currently it's online accessible if the simplified attachment UI option is off and you're editing content - but it can be put back in anywhere with template editing:
