Description	Add a feature to tie Wiki+ into git. CRUD operations sync with a git checkout, and do a commit/push. Very regular git pulls are done (so any conflicts would happen to devs, not to the website). If a conflict did happen, a staff notification would have to be sent out, and it would need manually resolving using standard git tools. Option to disable WYSIWYG on Wiki+ (it would cause too much corruption of neat Comcode).

We need our filesystem sync to be able to synchronise meta tags, authorship (needed for ads code injection).

Somehow these must be embedded within the .txt files in git, and then pulled out into the Wiki+ database.

We also need to be able to force all pages to have posts as discussion (i.e. Wiki-style). So a new config option is needed to declare that.

Also we need to consider how attachments work. We need a simpler attachment system, saving direct into a filesystem directory, probably with prefixing based on the article it is for. We also need a unit test that lets us to keep this tidy within git - flag any file that's become orphaned.

This is dropped, as it competes with WebDav strategy (which we can put into git), and we have anyway used an alternate mechanism for tutorial submission in the end.
