doing it once creates : Critical error – bailing out This is an error that has been elevated to critical error status because it occurred during the primary error mechanism reporting system itself (possibly due to it occurring within the standard output framework). It may be masking a secondary error that occurred before this, but was never output - if so, it is likely strongly related to this one, thus fixing this will fix the other. I could just remove sitemap and not worry about it but wanted to report this. I am guessing it is having multiple new zones?
I won't be able to respond for at least a few weeks unfortunately.
It is conceivable something could trip an infinite loop. The Sitemap code is extensive and complex, traversing multiple hierarchical category structures.
I have attached a workaround. Upload sources/sitemap.php then type this into Commandr:
:set_value('disable_sitemap','2');
(Commandr addon must be installed, Admin Zone > Tools > Commandr)
This will simplify the Sitemap down and hopefully therefore remove the issue.
However, if a lot of hits were going to the Sitemap, faster than the server could serve it, I could see that. Or, some hosts may have throttling policies.
