| Description | Some users get confused with the attachment UI in WYSIWYG / the Comcode for attachments.
This stuff is necessary as we need to keep the attachments isolated for permission control, view counts, and automatic cleanup. However not everyone cares about these things. Provide an option to just turn all that off and have attachments just link direct out of uploads/attachments as regular files. The editors would just have normal markup for them. |
